Upcycling in Motion: Lollapalooza Berlin 2026

My team created an interactive upcycling experience where visitors could customise garments with patches, studs, hand stitching, heat-transfer vinyl, cords and more.

We also took the stage for a live upcycling session, showing how separate garments can become a complete outfit in just a few minutes — without sewing a single stitch.

These activations are a reminder that fashion can be participatory, expressive and more sustainable when we rethink the way we use what already exists.
